Returns and Refunds
If item is NOT damaged or broken upon receipt there are no refunds. If item is damaged, or broken, you must provide a picture of the damaged item. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. You are responsible for cost of shipping it back. We do not have items in stock ourselves, our supplier ships orders directly from their warehouses.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and provide a picture of the damaged item. No refunds on oils.
Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and picture of item
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not honor buyers remorse. IF you need to make changes or cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours from the time you made purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only REGULAR PRICED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Back Orders / Out of Stock Items
Items which are currently out of stock can not be ordered.
If an item was paid for, but has become out of stock before your order was filled by us, the item will be removed from your order and refunded. We reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Items may go out of stock or be discontinued before we can process orders.
Goddess Energy 22 reserves the right to change prices without notice. Our prices are based on the price we pay from our supplier, if their prices change so will ours. We will do our best to honor all prices as stated at the time of your order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and it was damaged or flawed. Or If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. The gift giver needs to provide receipt of purchase and picture of damaged item.

YOU will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
